Ward 1 Community Gathers at The HÜG Place for Council Seat Interviews

Akron, OH • January 25, 2024—In a vibrant display of civic engagement, Akron City Council's search for a new Ward 1 representative came to life at The HÜG Place on January 17. The lively town hall meeting, organized by Councilman James Hardy and attended by Ward 1 residents, echoed the community's commitment to actively shaping the future of their neighborhood.
